Messaging & consent

A message should be expected, useful, and easy to stop. Here’s how Forefront’s email and text messaging choices work.

Inquiry and appointment messages

If you choose SMS on a live Forefront inquiry form, the program covers responses about that inquiry, appointment scheduling, reminders, and related support. The sender is Forefront Web Technologies. Message frequency varies with your inquiry and appointments. Message and data rates may apply.

SMS is optional. You can request a conversation by email without joining the text messaging program. The SMS checkbox starts unchecked, and submitting a phone number alone does not authorize text messages.

View the inquiry form and its consent disclosure.

Current messaging status. The inquiry form records your explicit communication choices with your request. Automated text messaging, STOP/HELP keyword processing, and promotional email are not enabled yet. Your request can be handled by email without selecting either optional checkbox.

Service email and optional updates

Email replies and appointment coordination relate to your request. If a covered product sends account or security email, its product notice describes that use.

Occasional Forefront product and service updates are a separate optional subscription. The email marketing checkbox starts unchecked. You can unsubscribe from promotional email at any time using its unsubscribe link or contacting us.

Products and separate programs

These policies can cover Forefront-owned products that explicitly identify Forefront as the operator and link to these pages. Each product must show its own applicable messaging purpose and consent choices where users enroll.

  • Authentication: a user-requested verification code is a distinct program; the enrollment flow explains its purpose and available alternatives.
  • Service notifications: account or activity alerts require the product-specific disclosure and preferences.
  • Marketing: promotional messages require their own opt-in, separate from transactional messages.

Joining one program does not enroll you in all Forefront products. Client-owned brands use their own sender identity, consent process, and privacy and messaging terms. A link to this marketing site does not replace those requirements.

Help, opt-out, and privacy

For a live SMS program, reply STOP to the sending number to opt out, or HELP for help. You may also email info@forefrontwebtechnologies.com. A final message may confirm your opt-out. Carrier delivery is not guaranteed.

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile information or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional use. Messaging providers process only the information necessary to deliver and support the specific program on our behalf.

Read the Privacy Policy and SMS Terms for the complete details.
